     hello, since i started using the ds 708 i can never complete the registracion on the device, so i can not update it. It works fine until the last week when started to fail to connect ford vehicles.

    So how long does one expect to wait until someone responds, I've emailed support several times in the past 40+ days, even opened a ticket under "Your Issues" on Mar 18th, never once have I gotten a response/reply???

    Soooo RYSU, don't expect a quick response to your inquiries, just sayin.
